ACM Programming Contest 2011

This year, three teams participated the 2011 ACM contest in the East Central North America Region at the Youngstown site. Team au_purple solved 2 out of 9 problems and ranked 40 out of 122 in our region. Team au_gold solved 1 out of 9 problems. 4 freshman came to observe the competition.

We were recently notified that the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) awarded the Ashland University undergraduate Integrated Mathematics and Bachelor’s Plus mathematics programs National Recognition.
